1:2:1 Wellbeing Package Options

6 week 1:2:1 Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Coaching package: Weekly 2.5 hour session

This 2.5 hour session is currently being delivered online and is made up of the following:

1 hour yoga - physical postures that will build strength, flexibility and mobility giving you a greater sense of physical wellness. Yoga is recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us experiencing anxiety and chronic stress. In this workshop you will learn a series of self-soothing techniques, including breath regulation and calming postures, which you can easily continue to practice at home and whenever you need to be focused and clear-headed.

30 min meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques - time to slow down the mind, calm the thoughts and begin to look inward towards a greater sense of mental wellbeing. We will use mindfulness techniques as a tool to develop a greater sense of clarity and ease.

1 hour life coaching - Individual life coaching session designed around your needs, thoughts and goals. This session will help you to recognise your own skills, grow self-confidence and help plan next steps to reaching your full potential.


6 month 1:2:1 Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Coaching package: Monthly 3 hour session

This 3 hour session is made up of the following:

30 minute tool building session - This session focuses on building tools that will equip you to move forward with your coaching plan. We will identify your core competencies, skills and attributes and work on how to focus on and develop them. We will also identify any limiting beliefs or negative triggers that may get in the way of your progression. We will work on a set of responses to them in order to build positive habits that help you to develop more effectively.
