With an up to date understanding of the current pressures in schools we offer educational consultancy and can focus on a number of areas that can help your school, college or university with development planning. We help the school as an organisation understand and respond to the post-pandemic environment and the challenges that have been created as a result, both for staff and for the children and families of the school community.

What can we consult on?
Staff Wellbeing - We work with senior leaders to understand the ethos and culture of the school so that we can better help plan and deliver wellbeing activities and strategies designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of staff.
Curriculum - Moving from the point of where your school’s current curriculum is and aligned to statutory requirements, we create strategic plans that develop a curriculum that ties in to the organisation’s ethos and culture. We ensure the curriculum design is meaningful, progressive, building on prior learning, and is both skills and knowledge based.
Performance Management - We offer support in performance management/appraisal cycles. We use coaching techniques to carefully create meaningful targets and goals with staff and plan subsequent meetings where the coaching used develops confidence, sharpens focus and helps the individual to reach their full potential thus adding value to their team and the organisation as a whole.
Coaching - Our coaching techniques can be used with groups or individuals and are developed around the needs of the clientele. We encourage recognising and reflecting on personal skills and attributes in order to help people move away from limiting beliefs that may be holding them back. Create goals and plan steps that will help them to reach them and be successful.
Mentorship - With a background of over 20 years of working in the Education sector we are able to offer bespoke mentoring for individuals or groups (such as leadership teams). Having a clear understanding of the nuances of the UK education system we can offer advice, tips and strategies that empower staff and develop the organisation.
Leadership Development - We can work closely with leaders and/or leadership teams to enable them to create strategic plans that can move the organisation towards goals and future successes. By developing distributed leadership and reflecting on the attributes that make a successful leader, we help move from managing to leading, from delivering orders and hoping they are followed, to inspiring and motivating - a powerful approach that guarantees buy in from colleagues.
Recruitment and Retention - We help to create a clear ethos, vision and culture that is organisation wide. Through this and with our coaching approaches, wellbeing activities and development of clear strategic and succession planning, we help organisation recruit the ideal candidates and retain quality staff.
