Children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing has never been so high on the public agenda. There has been an explosion in mental health problems in young people today due to the growing pressures within education, the ever increasing fast way of living, the global pandemic and the often overwhelming aspects of social media. At Arise Wellbeing we offer a holistic approach to helping children and young people, through a variety of carefully created ways in order to better their mental health and wellbeing and help them reach their full potential.

We offer sessions and workshops of Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Coaching, and Musical Therapeutical Approaches, all specifically designed for children and young people, that could help you, as a young person, or your children (if you are a parent visiting our website).

Our offers range from pre school and primary children, through to teens, young adults and university students and graduates.

We work with a diverse clientele and our bespoke coaching approach, which builds on creating relationships of trust and engendering a safe space continues to be successful in supporting neurodiversity.
