Meditation is a therapeutic approach to slowing down the mind and the body, becoming more in touch with your breath and the impact of the breath on your wellbeing, thereby empowering you to be more attuned to your whole body. Meditation is an ancient therapy that has been handed down through the ages in many traditions across the globe. It can look different depending on the roots of the tradition but the outcome is the same. One of bringing a sense of peace and calm into your life.
Too often we find our lives have become overly busy, or challenging. The impact of social media has added levels of comparison, competition and high, often unrealistic, expectations that we struggle to live up to. By having a regular meditation practice in your life you are creating a space and a time to review each day, to re-evaluate your thinking and behaviour patterns, and to remodel your approach to living. In this way you can improve your life and learn how to be more present, more grateful, to notice the abundance and possibilities in life, and to build confidence and self-esteem.
We teach our diverse range of clients the skills to develop meditation techniques that you will be able to continue using in order to build a consistent practice that will help you to maintain optimum mental and physical health. We use a variety of meditation approaches and complement them with teaching the power of affirmations, daily gratitudes and journal therapy.
Neurodiverse clients have found meditation and breath work are amazing skills to develop. Tools that are always present and can be called upon in times of need to help settle the mind, calm the body and bring a sense of ease and grounding back at any point in the day.
Our meditation courses help you to learn how to bring meditation into your life and continue to embed it for good. Our guided meditations allow you to switch off from your hectic day, or your concerns and worries and float away to a subconscious plane that brings with it ease, self-awareness and feelings of joy and bliss.
