At Arise we offer 1:2:1 personal yoga sessions, group yoga classes and corporate yoga all carefully tailored to meet your needs and designed for all levels. Whether a complete beginner or a long time yogi, we can offer you a yoga program that will help develop your strength, flexibility and mobility, in your own home, workplace or our purpose built Yoga Shala. In addition to this, the mediation and mindfulness techniques that are used will help calm your mind, release tension and help eliminate any anxiety leaving you feeling refreshed, confident and motivated.

Yoga is perfect for all but is also recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us experiencing anxiety and chronic stress. Yoga can be particularly effective in supporting our neurodiverse clientele. Our individual, tailoured approach ensures that clients feel safe and ‘held’ in our sessions. In all of our yoga practices you will learn a series of self-soothing techniques, including breath regulation and calming postures, which you can easily continue to practice at home and whenever you need to be focused and clear-headed.

We offer sessions in the following styles, for all levels:

  • Hatha

  • Yin

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Mindfulness Meditation

Each slightly different but all bringing benefits to your mind, body and spirit empowering you on your journey to self-development.
