6 Hour Workshop Options
6 hour Group Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Coaching Workshop:
This 6 hour workshop is currently being delivered online and is made up of the following (with breaks throughout):
1 hour yoga - physical postures in a group setting that will build strength, flexibility and mobility giving you a greater sense of physical wellness. Yoga is recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us experiencing anxiety and chronic stress. In this workshop you will learn a series of self-soothing techniques, including breath regulation and calming postures, which you can easily continue to practice at home whenever you need to be focused and clear-headed.
30 minute Breathing and mindfulness techniques - Using mindfulness techniques we will consider how we can bring meditation and breath work into our daily lives in order to reduce stress and anxiety. This session will lay down foundations and simple strategies that clients will be able to take away from the day and use immediately for enhanced wellbeing.
2 hours group life coaching - Working collaboratively we will learn how to go through the G.R.O.W model of coaching and learn how to apply it towards our own goals or concerns. Part of the sessions will be identifying group goals and targets and working through them towards strategic planning. Part of the sessions will be learning how to use self-coaching to develop our own skills, mindset and potential to achieve. We will develop the session depending on the needs and dynamics of attendees.
1 hour tool building session - This session focuses on building tools that will equip you to move forward with your coaching plan. We will identify your core competencies, skills and attributes on work on how to focus on and develop them. We will also identify any limiting beliefs or negative triggers that may get in the way of your progression. We will work on a set of responses to them in order to build positive habits that help you to develop more effectively.
30 minute meditation discussion and techniques - Time to slow down the mind, calm the thoughts and begin to look inward towards a greater sense of mental wellbeing as we bring the day to a close with positivity. We will focus on gratitude, inner strength and consider how to incorporate the new mindful techniques into our daily lives.
