Completing your time at university means change, both in your personal and professional life. Coaching offers you a safe space to manage your time of transition. Journalling - writing things down to help express feelings and navigate thoughts
Mindfulness - learning skills to arrive in the present moment to help dissipate fears
Brainstorming & Action Plans - teaching strategic approaches developing positive habits to help you as you begin your journey towards reaching your full potential

Developing sense of belonging and connection - working as a team

Our enjoyable sessions are created individually to meet the needs and interests of each client. We offer a bespoke mix of singing, playing instruments and/or dance, and you can choose one or all of these!
