Motivational Group Coaching Workshop - available online or face-to-face
We offer bespoke workshops for your organisation that are linked to themes that you feel are beneficial to the needs of individuals or the company as a whole. Themes such as growth mindset for success, leadership development, vision building and setting, how to foster effective workplace skills. These one off inspiration workshops use coaching techniques such as: identifying the end goal/the desired future; ‘reverse engineering’ to agree steps to reach the goal; considering the current reality; and how to make a community of learners who will work collaboratively to progress towards the agreed outcome. In this workshop we work on connecting the group community through trust, communication and shared responsibility as well as accountability.
Group Coaching helps organisations to cultivate a sense of shared community amongst their staff. It helps them to consider how to connect as a community, authentically, so as to encourage each other to stick to the journey, to be successful and to bring about positive organisational and personal transformation.

We use 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Identify the goal
In step 1 we clarify what it is you feel stuck on either individually or as a group and what you would like to change or achieve. We reflect on what the current situation is and discuss obstacles that are preventing you from being where or what you want to be, as well as options on how you can move forward.
Step 2: Planning a way forward
Step 2 is all about strategic planning. Together we identify the group skills and attributes and consider ways to use them together in a clear plan that will help the group begin its journey towards achieving the goal and plan strategies that will ensure all members stick with it.
Step 3: Accountability and responsibility
Step 3 is about raising everyone’s sense of responsibility. It is about helping the individuals recognise the achievements and steps they have made along their journey so far, no matter how small or incremental they may feel. Each part of the plan that the group creates together is reflected and reviewed where necessary. This step is crucial in helping each person to learn how to hold themselves accountable to their beliefs and actions in order for true, transformational change to take place and to ensure true collaboration moving forward.
