Group Wellbeing Package Options
6 week Group Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Coaching package: Weekly 3 hour session
This 3 hour session is currently being delivered online and is made up of the following:
1 hour yoga - physical postures in a group setting that will build strength, flexibility and mobility giving you a greater sense of physical wellness. Yoga is recognised as a valuable complementary therapy for those of us experiencing anxiety and chronic stress. In this workshop you will learn a series of self-soothing techniques, including breath regulation and calming postures, which you can easily continue to practice at home on your own whenever you need to be focused and clear-headed.
30 min meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques - time to slow down the mind, calm the thoughts and begin to look inward towards a greater sense of mental wellbeing. We will use mindfulness techniques as a tool to develop a greater sense of clarity and ease.
1.5 hour group coaching session - Working collaboratively we will learn how to go through the G.R.O.W model of coaching and learn how to apply it towards our own goals or concerns. Part of the sessions will be identifying group goals and targets and working through them towards strategic planning. Part of the sessions will be learning how to use self-coaching to develop our own skills, mindset and potential to achieve. We will develop the session depending on the needs and dynamics of attendees.
6 month Group Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Coaching package: Monthly 4 hour session (currently being delivered online)
This 4 hour session is made up of the following:

30 minute tool building session - This session focuses on building tools that will equip you to move forward with your coaching plan. We will identify your core competencies, skills and attributes and work on how to focus on and develop them. We will also identify any limiting beliefs or negative triggers that may get in the way of your progression. We will work on a set of responses to them in order to build positive habits that help you to develop more effectively.
