My life coaching philosophy is one whereby I work to create an authentic partnership driven by your needs, goals and ideas. We use the G.R.O.W model to help you on your journey to reaching your full potential. We begin with identifying a Goal that you would like to achieve. You may have short term goal for the session, or for that week or a longer term goal that may be over a year. Throughout the coaching session we will look at your current reality and what options and obstacles may be preventing you from achieving what you wish to achieve. In our life coaching sessions we will identify any limiting beliefs or negative triggers that may get in the way of your progression. We will work on a set of responses to them in order to build positive habits that help you to develop more effectively. In this way we will help you to build a toolkit of successful strategies to support you on your journey.Finally, together we will plan what you will do next to move forward towards your goals and consider steps to help support you in doing so.

We use 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Identify the goal

In step 1 we clarify what it is you feel stuck on and what you would like to change or achieve. We reflect on what the current situation is and discuss obstacles that are preventing you from being where or what you want to be, as well as options on how you can move forward.

Step 2: Planning a way forward

Step 2 is all about strategic planning. Together we identify your skills and attributes and consider ways to use them in a clear plan that will help you to begin your journey and stick with it.

Step 3: Accountability and responsibility

Step 3 is about raising your sense of responsibility. It is about helping you recognise the achievements and steps you have made along your journey no matter how small or incremental they may feel. Each part of the plan is reflected on together and reviewed where necessary. This step is crucial in helping you to learn how to hold yourself accountable to your beliefs and actions in order for true, transformational change to take place.

All Coaching agreements are bespoke to the client. We can offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions over an agreed time period, remotely or in locations that suit the client.
