Taking the time out of a busy day. A busy life. A busy mind. Think about the breath. Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose. Notice where your mind is today. Just notice. Pay attention. Do not try to change anything or chase any thoughts away. Be present. Breathe relaxation into your body, into the tension and breathe out anything that no longer serves you.
