Yoga has the power to change lives. To literally change lives! With a daily practice becoming a habit I can see my body begin to bend and stretch in ways that it could not before. In ways that belie my 52 years. I am able to move in a way now that was not available to me even 2 years ago.
My yoga practice looks different each day. Sometimes a powerful vinyasa flow is the order of the day. Sometimes a meditative half hour Hatha. Other times a gentle yin practice with quiet and stillness and meaningful affirmations is just what I need to make me feel me again.
Try adding 10 minutes of yoga to your day and begin to notice the benefits to your body. Soon this becomes a habit you don’t want to miss out on. Soon the 10 minutes becomes 15 and grows and grows and becomes as important as brushing your teeth or eating your lunch… or breathing in and breathing out.
